If you are here it means that, like us, you are a nature lover or want to start discovering the outdoor world.
We offer you various ways to experience one or more days in the open air.
Many routes, more or less adventurous, to discover the most hidden and uncontaminated corners of Sicily.
We operate mainly in central Sicily, on the Erei Mountains, in the Land of Myth, where verdant woods give way to the golden fields dear to Demeter and Kore. Our routes mainly wind within the “Rocca di Cerere” UNESCO Global Geopark, where we are based and, precisely this centrality, allows us to easily reach the 3 corners of the island.
Hiking, in its various forms, can be practiced all year round. There are itineraries more suited to one season or another.

Hiking
Traveling walking in nature represents a new way of regaining slow rhythms and is a more sustainable way of visiting new places, keeping fit.
You can choose a one-day or multi-day route, purely naturalistic or places where nature and archeology intertwine to fully describe an area, rediscovering the love for nature and the pleasure of walking.
You don’t have to be a Rambo to hit the trails. The routes to be taken on foot can be very different from each other and more or less long. Normally, good physical shape and moderate training are the basic conditions to best tackle your journey.
It is an activity suitable for everyone and requires comfortable clothing for walking in nature.
Donkey pace excursions
Donkey trekking is a particular form of gentle mobility, linked to the so-called “slow tourism”, which involves the support of pack animals, in our case donkeys.
It is therefore a walk in the company of the animals, which are therefore not ridden, but can only carry some small weights or some tired children at the end of the day!
Although it lightens the hiker by a few kg, recalling the old role that this robust animal had in the history of man, today it is his company that is the most appreciated benefit.
Patient, docile, highly empathetic… the donkey is a soft 4-legged friend with whom you can share slow and sincere steps!
E-bike tour
The e-bike tours are suitable for everyone, from beginners to the more experienced, with routes ranging from half a day to several days.
The pedal-assisted bike gives you the opportunity to travel along the less busy roads of the island, or if you want to feel a pinch of adrenaline you can venture among the old paths and paths of our woods. The bike gives you the freedom to choose the pace of your journey, you go at the right speed, the one that gives you time to savor the places and stimulate our senses… the pleasure of cycling is that of Freedom itself!
Duration and difficulty of the route will be agreed together. Each participant, if they do not have their own vehicle, will be provided with an e-bike and helmet.
Recommended minimum age 10 years, or in any case a height greater than 150 cm.
Availability of seats for children up to 20kg.
Specific sports preparation is not necessary, comfortable clothing and sneakers are enough.
E-bike rental
Do you want to wander around the city or our hills without a guide? Of course, it’s possible! Our pedal-assisted mountain bikes are also available for rental. (bike technical data sheet).
The ebike is the ideal way to get to know a place, it allows you to pedal both on asphalt and dirt, reaching towns, nature reserves and uninhabited villages while avoiding traffic on the main roads.
The vehicle is the ATALA B-Cross A3.2 – AM 80 engine – 500w battery – available in different sizes.

BeeTourism, beekeeper for a day
An experience in close contact with the fascinating world of bees, rediscovering the ancestral relationship between man and bees. “A day as a beekeeper” to learn all the secrets of beekeeping and the queen bee, admire the industriousness of the bees up close and taste the products of the hive.
Entering the magical world of bees and their natural environment is also a different way to get to know and enjoy an area, observe the landscapes and its biodiversity.
The participants, breathing pure air, immersed in a setting of hills and flowering and scented pastures, once put on a suit and mask, will join the beekeeper during the inspection of some hives. You will thus have the opportunity to experience this work first-hand and above all to fully understand the organization of the bee colony, their life and production cycle, the way in which they communicate… It will be difficult not to be fascinated!
The experience will also be a reason for reflection and inspiration on the great environmental value of this small insect and the need for their presence for the health of the area.
The visit to the apiary, upon request of the participants and availability of the structure, can be accompanied by a rich tasting of dishes based on honey and local products in the farmhouse.
The experience is suitable for all ages, both the little ones and the older ones will be able to enrich their knowledge of the world of bees and enjoy the relaxing and beneficial effects of the buzzing of the bees, the smells of the hive and the direct observation of the blooms, also raising awareness of respect for the environment.
