One of the most significant industrial archaeology sites in Southern Italy, “An open-air museum of industrial archaeology” is how the mining park is defined, which constitutes one of the most evocative and history-filled settings of the Rocca Di Cerere Geopark U.N.E.S.C.O.

Traveling through the history of the mining civilization of central Sicily, between stories and anecdotes of life in the mine and the “surfarara” we will pedal between wells, ovens and descents; the route winds through a thick forest that will offer moments of pure fun in an off-road accessible to everyone!
